Customer Value Partner, APAC (Malaysia Remote)
Lead customer lifecycle delivery, value realization, adoption, and expansion for Hawk’s AI-supported AML and fraud detection platform. Manage enterprise accounts across the APAC region.

- Lead each customer from initial scoping and implementation through value realization, adoption, and new use cases
- Deliver engagements using Hawk’s established practices and methodology
- Create delivery plans, monitor progress, and communicate status clearly
- Develop and execute joint success plans that reflect client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Take responsibility for commercial results, including GRR, NRR, and applicable revenue recognition outcomes
- Strengthen customer confidence to support signed and renewed business
- Analyze product usage and performance, then convert insights into optimization initiatives
- Apply AI and agentic AI tools to prepare QBRs, develop account insights, and produce reports
- Support pre-sales discussions as a subject matter expert in delivery and customer value creation
- Develop executive relationships through governance meetings and QBRs
- Hawk delivers AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology to banks and payment providers worldwide
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of customer-facing experience in customer success, engagement management, or delivery and project management for B2B enterprise software
- Demonstrated experience managing accounts worth $500K or more in ARR, including cross-selling or expansion
- Capability to manage delivery plans end to end, from scoping through tracking and reporting
- Solid understanding of SaaS and enterprise software delivery models
- Experience with AML, fraud prevention, or another regulated financial services area is advantageous
- Practical experience using AI and agentic AI tools and techniques
- Confidence working with C-suite stakeholders and leading governance meetings with customer leadership
- A strong sense of ownership for customer value and measurable outcomes
- Experience in, or interest in, working within a start-up or scale-up
- Fluent spoken, written, and reading English
- Willingness to work onsite two to three days per week when choosing an office-based hybrid arrangement
