Customer Service Representative — Benco Dental (Remote, Reno Area)
Provide remote customer service for Benco Dental, supporting dentists, dental offices, and laboratories with orders, payments, repairs, parts, and service scheduling.

- Handle incoming calls from dentists, dental offices, and dental laboratories
- Promote customer satisfaction
- Enter merchandise and small equipment orders accurately
- Record credit card payments
- Respond to customer questions
- Handle inquiries, issues, and orders from internal and external customers
- Resolve customer concerns and problems
- Take repair calls and prepare repair estimates
- Follow up with customers and manufacturers
- Keep repair records and databases up to date
- Process factory invoices for billing
- Answer parts-order questions and address parts issues
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Assist national and large group accounts and sales representatives
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED
- Live within one hour of Reno, Nevada
- Strong customer service skills
- CRM experience is a plus
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability
- Internet speed of at least 5 Mbps (5,000 kbps)
- Connect using an Ethernet cable; Wi-Fi should be avoided
- Ensure others do not share bandwidth during calls
- Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific time
