Customer Care Representative
Support users of StellarTech’s subscription-based education apps by handling Zendesk requests, investigating underlying problems, and escalating technical issues.

- Respond to web and app users through Zendesk email and live chat.
- Investigate the underlying causes of user problems.
- Refer user issues to the technical team when needed.
- Apply tags to requests to support analytics.
- Meet response-time service targets.
- Report recurring user pain points.
- Recommend updates to templates, guidelines, and processes.
- Work with Tech Support to report bugs and identify repeat issues.

- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary in writing.
- Write clear, courteous, empathetic messages with logical structure and a natural tone.
- Manage a large volume of similar requests while maintaining speed and quality.
- Use analytical thinking to determine why problems occurred.
- Be available to work shifts.
- Have experience using Zendesk or another ticketing or CRM platform.
- Have experience supporting customers by email and live chat at high volume.
- Have experience with subscription-based mobile apps.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation software, and productivity apps daily.
- At least one year of customer support experience is preferred but not required.
- Examples of process improvements you have implemented are preferred.
