Senior Healthcare Recruiter - South Africa Remote
Lead end-to-end recruitment for BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical professionals. Build talent pipelines and support the expansion of a US-based healthcare company from a remote role in South Africa.
Tavsif
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for BCBA, RBT, and other healthcare and clinical roles
- Find qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and additional sourcing channels
- Complete initial candidate screens and structured interviews
- Interview BCBA candidates and evaluate their experience, communication, and overall fit
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple states
- Identify and engage strong passive candidates proactively
- Guide candidates through the hiring process while maintaining a positive experience
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs and candidate profiles
- Evaluate candidates against technical criteria and cultural alignment
- Deliver clear candidate recommendations and recruitment feedback
- Monitor recruiting activity, pipeline movement, and hiring results
- Spot recruitment bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Create and execute sourcing plans that support company expansion
- Own recruitment goals and delivery timelines
- Build and refine recruitment processes as the company grows
- Assume broader responsibility for clinical recruiting as the business expands, as needed
- Mentor or assist other recruiters as the function develops, as needed
- Progress toward helping lead and grow the recruitment department
Talablar
- Bring 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical, medical, staffing, or a related environment
- Demonstrate the ability to source and interview candidates independently
- Experience recruiting healthcare or clinical professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, or similar specialised talent, is highly advantageous
- Have strong LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate-sourcing experience
- Apply excellent interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and conversation
- Speak confidently with candidates across different levels of seniority
- Build strong professional relationships
- Show initiative and work effectively independently
- Use critical thinking to make sound decisions without relying solely on instructions
- Stay organised while managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines
