Freelance English-to-Vietnamese Translator – Life Sciences (Remote)
Provide English-to-Vietnamese translation and proofreading for TransPerfect’s Life Sciences clients. Work remotely on pharmacovigilance and clinical content for clients worldwide.
Tavsif
- Translate and proofread documents for a range of clients
- Prepare, review, and finalize translated content for client delivery
- Follow manager guidance and coordinate with Project Managers
- Translate English content into Vietnamese for the Life Sciences sector
- Handle pharmacovigilance, clinical technical, patient-facing clinical, and clinical outcome assessment materials
Talablar
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication proficiency in Vietnamese
- Specialization in Life Sciences subject areas
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and detail-oriented review
- Professional judgment and reliability when working under tight deadlines
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
- Successful completion of free translation, MTPE, and/or proofreading/QM assessments
- A recognized higher-education degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or an equivalent degree with substantial translation training; or
- Two years of translation experience plus a college degree; or
- Five years of translation experience without a college degree; or
- A translation competency certificate issued by an appropriate government authority
