Tavsif

  • Lead and coach pod leaders and their Enterprise and Associate Account Executives.
  • Build a high-performing organization grounded in collaboration, inclusion, and growth.
  • Set and carry out strategy for new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Find untapped potential and new customer prospects across the consulting market.
  • Establish disciplined account planning across teams.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor sales metrics, improve forecasts, and guide decisions.
  • Align teams on key KPIs and report pipeline progress and milestones regularly to senior leaders.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders at strategic prospects and clients, from analysts to C-suite executives and managing partners.
  • Help teams navigate complex, high-value deals.
  • Work across product, marketing, sales operations, and customer success.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard pod leaders and Account Executives.
  • Promote ongoing improvement across the organization.

Talablar

  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS or high-growth technology.
  • Experience leading managers and building high-performing, multi-tiered teams.
  • A consistent record of exceeding targets across industries and buyer types.
  • Ability to set growth strategies for new business and account expansion.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain pod leaders.
  • Skill in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional services and consulting markets and their buying processes.
  • Experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles.
  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing Enterprise- and Associate-level sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with buyers such as managing partners, principals, consultants, corporate strategy and market intelligence teams, business development teams, and other research-focused functions.
  • Preferred: Experience in a rapidly scaling SaaS company and selling to research professionals in the corporate market.
  • Preferred: Experience selling to consulting or professional services firms, including Big Three, Big Four, or boutique firms.
