Client Services Administrator – South Africa (Remote)

Support a UK firm’s clients by managing CRM records, documentation, renewals, and follow-up. This full-time remote role is based in South Africa and follows UK business hours.

Tavsif

  • Handle client emails and calls with speed, professionalism, and care
  • Create and update accurate client records in the CRM
  • Prepare client documents, quotations, and renewal materials
  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
  • Monitor open requests and ensure timely follow-through
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the firm’s clients
  • Manage client requests, documentation, and follow-up through completion
  • Work independently while contributing to regular team check-ins

Talablar

  • Previous experience in client-facing administration or account support
  • Comfort using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Highly organised, dependable, and consistent with follow-through
  • Calm and courteous approach when working with clients
  • Professional services experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk is desirable
  • Basic Excel reporting skills are desirable
