Client Engagement Manager, Texas Remote – Gainwell Technologies
Manage healthcare client contracts, relationships, satisfaction, and service delivery for Gainwell Technologies. Support account growth through strategic planning, revenue development, and service expansion in a remote role.
Tavsif
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including a top 10 account.
- Oversee client contracts and relationships.
- Ensure Gainwell operations meet contractual commitments.
- Grow revenue and expand existing accounts by offering additional services.
- Develop and track client budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Partner with clients on project strategies and implementation plans.
- Guide solution development and implementation.
- Keep client engagement leaders informed about strategic growth and business goal progress.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Prepare agendas and follow-up summaries for client meetings.
- Lead contract operations to deliver services successfully.
- Find and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Build internal and external partnerships that support strong client outcomes.
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales pursuits and help close business, including developing proposals.
- Track state legislation, regulations, and competitors to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate work across client engagement, internal teams, and operations staff.
- Manage client invoices and accrual records.
- Deliver solution files, reports, invoices, and supporting documentation on schedule.
Talablar
- A bachelor’s degree, or at least three years of relevant professional experience instead.
- Healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred.
- Background in client services, customer success, or business administration preferred.
- Experience with healthcare policy, regulation, or compliance preferred.
- Experience in a highly regulated field with complex compliance needs, such as healthcare, finance, or government services, preferred.
- Experience managing large client portfolios or strategic accounts preferred.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Quarterly travel required.
