Cisco Unified Communications Engineer
Support NTT DATA clients’ complex Cisco collaboration environments through second-level troubleshooting, escalations, and solution development. The role also covers changes, customer guidance, and coordination with manufacturers and service technicians.
Tavsif
- Diagnose and resolve Cisco Unified Communications issues remotely
- Provide second-level support for complex systems and technical queries
- Troubleshoot issues with integrated third-party applications
- Develop solution concepts, workarounds, and recommendations for customers and on-site service technicians
- Coordinate technical escalations with manufacturers
- Advise and support customers under existing service agreements
- Plan and implement standard and non-standard changes, including quality assurance
- Take part in on-call rotations and shift work
Talablar
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of practical experience with Cisco Unified Communications
- Strong knowledge of Cisco UC solutions; CCNP Collaboration or CCNP Enterprise certifications are an advantage
- Experience with third-party solutions such as Enghouse (Andtek) or OpenText RightFax
- Knowledge of Cisco Jabber, Webex, Spark, or video collaboration solutions is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a structured troubleshooting approach
- Customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent German and English skills
