Lead compliant debt collection for Hilton Grand Vacations’ vacation ownership business. Track team performance, quality, delinquency, training, and recovery of owner payments.
Opis
- Help management assess delinquencies across loan and maintenance fee accounts
- Audit team performance, report on KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and share feedback
- Oversee collection quality and compliance with company procedures and state and federal laws
- Contact owners by phone and mail to recover overdue payments
- Explain company policies, procedures, and collection practices
- Support collectors with their daily workflows
- Help management respond to owner requests and complaints
- Train and support the collections team, including twice-yearly FDCPA certification
- Coach team members, organize team activities, recognize strong performance, and resolve feedback or conflicts
- Cover for supervisors when they are away
- Prepare recurring reports on team tasks and goals
- Handle collection work according to department needs
- Support management-requested special projects
Zahteve
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Access, and Excel
- Must satisfy applicable federal and state licensing requirements
- Associate degree or college diploma preferred
- Three to five years of experience preferred
- At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Third-party collections experience preferred
- Timeshare or vacation ownership experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Eligibility for applicable federal and state licenses
