Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote Ukraine at Daos Hub
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Daos Hub’s Web3 phygital hub in a remote Ukraine-based role. Partner with hiring managers, source specialized talent, and develop scalable talent acquisition practices.
Descriere
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions
- Work with hiring managers to establish clear candidate profiles
- Research talent markets to guide hiring plans and compensation benchmarks
- Use creative, data-informed approaches to source candidates
- Evaluate candidate capabilities and cultural alignment through structured interviews
- Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview practices
- Identify hiring delays early and recommend practical solutions
- Refine recruitment workflows and improve the candidate experience continuously
- Review team structures, hiring requirements, and the recruitment pipeline during the first 30 days
- Establish hiring-manager relationships and assess existing recruitment processes
- Manage assigned vacancies from initial brief through successful close
- Provide advice on hiring plans, market conditions, and candidate assessment
- Direct strategic searches and address recruitment needs across multiple functions
- Develop repeatable, scalable talent acquisition methods
- Fill 5–8 positions during the first 90 days, based on role complexity and business priorities
Cerințe
- At least four years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated success filling roles across multiple functions
- Background recruiting for specialized and senior-level positions
- Experience evaluating soft skills through structured interviews
- Strong experience in executive search and sourcing across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to advise and collaborate with hiring managers as a strategic partner
- International recruitment experience is an advantage
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or above
