Descriere

  • Connect skilled technology professionals with international client projects while supporting high-volume recruitment for Vietnamese enterprises
  • Own assigned vacancies from intake through resolution of hiring challenges
  • Partner with hiring managers, candidates, clients, and internal colleagues throughout the process
  • Maintain an efficient and candidate-focused recruitment experience
  • Source and assess candidates against role requirements
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews
  • Manage candidate communication and offer follow-up
  • Transfer successful hires into the onboarding process
  • Recruit across both technical and non-technical functions
  • Identify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows in an ATS

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a comparable position
  • Demonstrated ownership of recruitment work and a proactive approach to moving hiring forward
  • Ability to prioritize urgent requests and respond promptly
  • Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement in Hanoi
  • Experience managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer follow-up, and onboarding handover
  • Background recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Practical experience sourcing through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple vacancies and competing priorities
  • Positive, resilient, and solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and experience maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
  • Commitment to CoderPush information security, data protection, and confidentiality policies, including ISO 27001-aligned practices and internal security requirements
  • Recruitment experience related to CoderPush’s business or industry is desirable
  • An established candidate network in the banking sector is desirable
  • Experience with employer branding, employee referral initiatives, or recruitment events is desirable
  • Strong English communication skills are desirable
