Descriere
- Manage the full recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and defining role profiles to hiring.
- Create and publish advertisements tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and support security vetting when needed.
- Proactively identify and contact candidates, build networks, and develop relationships.
- Use sourcing channels, targeted advertising, and proactive search.
- Advise and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment results and suggest improvements to methods and processes.
- Use data and analysis to set priorities and make better decisions.
Cerințe
- Relevant university education, such as in human resources, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–10 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage several recruitment processes at once in an organized way.
- Independent, solution-oriented approach and ability to collaborate.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience with proactive sourcing and hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Experience with work-related psychological assessments and/or assessment certification is an advantage.
- The role requires passing security vetting under applicable security protection regulations.
- Roles with a security classification may require specific citizenship.
