Apraksts

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and defining role profiles to hiring.
  • Create and publish advertisements tailored to target audiences.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and support security vetting when needed.
  • Proactively identify and contact candidates, build networks, and develop relationships.
  • Use sourcing channels, targeted advertising, and proactive search.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment results and suggest improvements to methods and processes.
  • Use data and analysis to set priorities and make better decisions.

Prasības

  • Relevant university education, such as in human resources, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–10 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to manage several recruitment processes at once in an organized way.
  • Independent, solution-oriented approach and ability to collaborate.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Experience with work-related psychological assessments and/or assessment certification is an advantage.
  • The role requires passing security vetting under applicable security protection regulations.
  • Roles with a security classification may require specific citizenship.
