Join Smile as a senior UX researcher supporting product transformation and continuous discovery. Based in Bordeaux in a hybrid setup, you will structure user research and guide Product and Tech teams.
Descriere
- Support the client’s product transformation
- Accelerate the Discovery process
- Represent user perspectives across Product and Tech teams
- Structure research and reduce risks in strategic decisions
- Gather requirements and conduct user interviews
- Map user journeys and identify pain points
- Design and run hypothesis tests
- Triangulate qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data
- Document insights in Dovetail and the research repository with Research Ops
- Help Product Managers strengthen their continuous discovery practices
- Contribute to innovative projects for major companies across diverse industries
Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of UX research experience
- Experience in complex settings such as B2B, e-commerce, platforms, or technical products is preferred
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods proficiently
- Apply strong methodological rigor
- Communicate and teach effectively, including introducing teams to Continuous Discovery
- Demonstrate critical thinking, autonomy, and a strong focus on impact
- Bring expertise in user research, interviews, journey mapping, and qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data analysis
- Work proficiently with Dovetail and research repositories
- Help Product Managers develop their continuous discovery practices
