Descriere

  • Drive the evolution and execution of H&R Block’s brand strategy, positioning, and platform
  • Develop messaging frameworks, strategic narratives, and communication priorities
  • Create measurement frameworks to evaluate brand health and activation results
  • Lead enterprise activations, major programs, partnerships, sponsorships, and cultural moments across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Support thought leadership, community engagement, and cause-related initiatives
  • Own the systems, processes, tools, and governance that support consistent enterprise brand management
  • Work with Internal Communications, HR, and enterprise leaders to reinforce the H&R Block brand across the associate experience
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Build a culture centered on strategic thinking, collaboration, curiosity, and accountability
  • Partner with GTM, Content, Creative, Communications, Media, Product, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, Research, and other teams to turn brand strategy into integrated programs and measurable business results
  • Oversee the team responsible for brand activations, strategic partnerships, brand governance, and operational excellence

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, advertising, or a related discipline
  • At least seven years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, program management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs from strategic planning through delivery
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, customer engagement, and integrated marketing practices
  • Experience overseeing agencies, vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage concurrent initiatives
  • Experience creating activation plans, managing budgets, and evaluating program results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at every organizational level
  • Experience using customer insights and performance data to guide strategy and decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience directing teams, projects, and cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Analytical approach with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Familiarity with brand tracking, audience segmentation, customer insights, and measurement frameworks
  • Master’s degree in business administration preferred
  • Experience in financial services, retail, hospitality, or another consumer-focused industry preferred
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, including navigating legal and compliance requirements, preferred
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed marketing organization preferred
  • Experience with franchised or multi-unit retail, financial services, and/or seasonal businesses preferred
