Descriere

  • Build and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste service customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain smaller, less complex accounts.
  • Expand customer use of Republic Services offerings by selling its full range of products.
  • Stay informed about company services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
  • Renew contracts to extend customer relationships and improve profitability.
  • Address cancellation requests in line with established escalation procedures.
  • Discuss company pricing initiatives with customers.
  • Use Salesforce each day to schedule and record calls, meetings, and proposals.
  • Record customer emails and work to limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
  • Meet with the Sales Manager regularly to review retention work, progress toward goals, and key customer relationships.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Zero to two years of customer service experience required.
  • Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Ability to renew contracts and respond to cancellation requests.
  • Ability to sell the full range of Republic Services products.
  • Ability to record customer emails and limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
