Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative — Minnesota

Handle customer calls, orders, billing questions, and product recommendations for DecoPac, a cake decorating products company. This part-time role is remote or office-based and requires Minnesota residency.

Descriere

  • Respond to inbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and resolving invoice and billing questions.
  • Recommend products and programs that fit customer needs and support sales.
  • Build and apply knowledge of DecoPac products and services.
  • Share information using DecoPac-approved marketing tools and resources.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Process orders and product requests promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver consistently strong customer service.
  • Escalate food safety concerns to the Manager.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and every third Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Work remotely or from the office.

Cerințe

  • At least one year of experience in customer support or a call center.
  • Inside or outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Able to work independently, stay motivated, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use business technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of and experience with customer service practices.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Sound decision-making skills.
  • Able to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Able to learn and retain new information and concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Able to sit, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, and occasionally stand or walk.
  • Able to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Must reside in Minnesota.
