Part-Time CRM Specialist (Braze) - Remote UK

BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a part-time CRM Specialist to deliver Braze lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys remotely from the United Kingdom. The role focuses on improving member engagement, retention, and communications.

Descriere

  • Develop and distribute newsletters and lifecycle communications through email, push, and in-app channels
  • Assist the CRM Lead with building and launching customer journeys in Braze
  • Build and maintain audience segments using behavioural, activity, and lifecycle data
  • Support the upkeep and optimisation of onboarding, engagement, and reactivation journeys
  • Review campaigns and journeys to ensure accurate content, timing, and targeting
  • Analyse CRM data to uncover opportunities to strengthen engagement, responses, and retention
  • Partner with Customer Care, Product, and Operations when CRM activity affects the member experience

Cerințe

  • Practical CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a subscription-based or online business
  • Working knowledge of Braze, with the ability to independently build campaigns, segments, and journeys
  • High attention to detail and confidence overseeing live CRM sends
  • Data-focused approach with an understanding of engagement and retention metrics
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM A/B testing and experimentation is preferred
  • Experience with push notifications and in-app messaging is preferred
  • Background in a marketplace or two-sided platform environment is preferred
  • Ability to create and build HTML emails is a plus
  • Social media experience supporting content, community, or campaigns is a plus but not required
