Hybrid Customer Service Representative

Coordinate Fluke repair and calibration requests across EMEA, from Oracle service orders to shipments and RMAs. Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve logistical issues.

Descriere

  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and customers, mainly across Europe, Great Britain, and the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEAT).
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Create system service orders for equipment submitted for repair or calibration.
  • Prepare pickup labels, master packing lists, and dangerous goods information.
  • Manage loaner pools in the UK and the Netherlands when needed.
  • Track KPIs through Visual Management, spot deviations promptly, and use problem-solving methods to close performance gaps.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Process service requests in Oracle.
  • Arrange shipment collections.
  • Manage the backlog of return material authorizations (RMAs).
  • Handle email correspondence in Outlook.
  • Resolve logistics issues with internal teams and carriers.

Cerințe

  • Intermediate vocational qualification (MBO), or at least two years of customer support experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry and role.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: managing incoming emails and calls; recording administrative work in business systems such as Oracle or SAP; handling customer complaints.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Good digital skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Accurate data generation and processing.
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Dutch language skills are an advantage.
