Descriere
- Respond to customer service inquiries and collection calls
- Arrange payment plans and negotiate settlements with consumers who cannot repay their debts in full
- Maintain accurate records of communications and account activity
- Carry out general office and administrative tasks
- Help consumers resolve account issues and reach workable payment arrangements
- Report to the Collections Manager
- Work with consumers while supporting day-to-day collections operations
Cerințe
- Bring strong customer service and organizational abilities
- Use Excel and Outlook proficiently
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation
- Communicate with consumers in a professional, effective manner
- Collections or customer service experience is preferred
- Pass a background check
- Verify eligibility to work
