Descriere

  • Lead a team of 5–8 Account Managers and drive strong performance.
  • Set expectations for team culture, morale, and daily execution.
  • Focus team efforts and work with Account Managers to identify and engage priority accounts.
  • Own team quota attainment and pipeline creation.
  • Drive spend and product activation, customer retention, and account expansion.
  • Provide weekly business forecasts to senior leaders.
  • Hire and train Account Managers on Ramp’s products, buyer personas, competitors, and tools.
  • Hold daily one-to-ones, review call feedback, deliver enablement, and develop career paths.
  • Improve team processes and tools as the segment grows.
  • Represent Account Management in partnership with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product.

Cerințe

  • At least 2 years of individual-contributor experience in quota-carrying sales or account management, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in new business or cross-selling and upselling is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience building and leading account management or sales teams, with a record of exceeding targets.
  • A record of success in fast-paced, results-focused go-to-market environments; SaaS or AI experience is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for hiring and a considered approach to team planning and development.
  • Ability to explain contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-directed and adaptable.
  • Willingness to take on complex, challenging problems.
