Recruit engineering, manufacturing, and industrial professionals for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, managing candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. This hybrid role is based in Lima, Peru.
Descriere
- Oversee recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and industrial roles.
- Find, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for specialized technical positions.
- Follow up with candidates and manage pipelines throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pools for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Create sourcing strategies to reach active and passive candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Share regular updates on hiring progress and talent availability.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate candidates through each recruitment stage.
- Represent qualified candidates and communicate their strengths to stakeholders.
- Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting recruitment goals.
Cerințe
- At least one year of experience recruiting engineering profiles.
- Experience recruiting specialized talent.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
