Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Support U.S. merchants and sales agents in English and Spanish with payment equipment, point-of-sale setup, troubleshooting, and merchant services.
Descriere
- Respond to high volumes of support calls and requests in English and Spanish.
- Follow up with merchants by phone to resolve outstanding requests.
- Deploy, install, and reprogram payment equipment for new and existing merchants.
- Review CRM merchant files to verify setup and installation details.
- Prepare POS/VAR sheets.
- Help merchants and sales agents with general questions and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support smooth merchant activation and ongoing service.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Cerințe
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
- At least two years of experience in technical or customer support is required.
- At least one year of experience in the merchant services industry is required.
- Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to stay calm and helpful on escalated calls.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including some after-hours support.
- A reliable home workspace with high-speed internet.
- An associate degree or equivalent technical training is preferred.
