Oversee courier wallet reconciliation, collections, deposits, and warehouse inventory for Bosta’s e-commerce delivery operations in Egypt.
Descriere
- Coordinate finance and operations activities across departments.
- Lead the FinOps team and ensure courier wallets are reconciled accurately each day.
- Oversee the collection of cash shortages and increases in deposits.
- Compare daily order volumes with values shown on the Bosta dashboard.
- Track couriers’ daily collections.
- Monitor and reconcile third-party logistics hubs.
- Track couriers’ daily deposits through Fawry, cash, and bank accounts.
- Correct inaccurate entries in the courier wallet system.
- Work with the technology team to resolve data errors.
- Track daily Fawry transfers to Bosta’s bank account.
- Track daily cash transfers to Bosta’s bank account.
- Reconcile couriers’ daily deposits against Fawry and cash reports.
- Monitor courier wallet access and shortages.
- Review monthly contractor fees.
- Prepare monthly operations journal entries in Oracle NetSuite.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory.
- Help control warehouse inventory, including additions and disposals.
Cerințe
- Advanced Excel skills.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
