Tavsif

  • Respond to high volumes of support calls and requests in English and Spanish.
  • Follow up with merchants by phone to resolve outstanding requests.
  • Deploy, install, and reprogram payment equipment for new and existing merchants.
  • Review CRM merchant files to verify setup and installation details.
  • Prepare POS/VAR sheets.
  • Help merchants and sales agents with general questions and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support smooth merchant activation and ongoing service.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Talablar

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
  • At least two years of experience in technical or customer support is required.
  • At least one year of experience in the merchant services industry is required.
  • Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to stay calm and helpful on escalated calls.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including some after-hours support.
  • A reliable home workspace with high-speed internet.
  • An associate degree or equivalent technical training is preferred.
