Apraksts

  • Oversee customer orders, inquiries, and claims from entry through shipment, meeting service level agreements.
  • Support customers with multiple locations and services at each site.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other teams to maintain appropriate order flow.
  • Track delivery dates and quantities, taking proactive steps to improve reliability.
  • Provide order updates and information as needed.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets on the team scorecard.
  • Share best practices with Canon National Sales Organizations, business units, and Service Excellence teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer fulfillment.
  • Analyze fulfillment processes and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
  • Communicate business needs clearly to stakeholders.

Prasības

  • Speak English and German fluently.
  • Additional European language skills are an advantage.
  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have at least an MBO-level education.
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently.
  • Work with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
