Onsite IT Support Technician at SONDA - Chile

Provide onsite and remote IT support to SONDA users in Chile, handling incident diagnosis, hardware maintenance, ticket management, and equipment inventory. The role also covers installations, data migrations, technical escalations, and user communication through resolution.

Apraksts

  • Deliver onsite and remote technical support to users.
  • Receive, log, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
  • Install, configure, and commission computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Diagnose hardware issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Complete data backups and migrations as needed.
  • Provide telephone support to technicians at other locations.
  • Keep users informed throughout the incident-resolution process.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and stock controls.
  • Escalate incidents and track them through resolution.

Prasības

  • Technical high school, UTU, or equivalent training in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of PC repair and maintenance.
  • Previous experience providing onsite and remote technical support.
  • Proficiency with ticket management tools.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and productivity software.
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, user-focused service, and problem-solving ability.
  • Availability for an eight-hour workday, Monday through Friday, within the 06:00 to 20:00 schedule.
  • Availability for on-call shifts and leave coverage when needed is considered an advantage.
