Apraksts

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, best practices, and platform walkthroughs.
  • Build deep Egnyte product knowledge and present relevant offerings to support customer business outcomes.
  • Track account performance and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate deployment and adoption plans with account managers, aligned with customer goals and KPIs.
  • Provide customers with resources on additional features after an upsell.
  • Develop and maintain data-informed working documents and process documentation.
  • Identify risks and opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Connect customers with internal teams to resolve account inquiries.
  • Stay informed about service matters, including technical implementations and related activities.
  • Partner with account teams to address renewals at risk.
  • Share customer feedback on product functionality and support with internal stakeholders.
  • Apply Egnyte best practices and methodologies consistently.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success.

Prasības

  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • A strong customer service orientation and commitment to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to keep current with product features and understand how they deliver customer value.
  • Interest in developing new processes within a larger, fast-growing organization.
  • Ability to perform effectively and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools such as spreadsheets, BI systems, and reports.
  • Ability to develop action plans based on analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
