Client Manager, Staffing Programs — Hybrid in Minnesota

Manage staffing requisitions and consultant lifecycles for Horizontal Talent, a provider of technology, business strategy, creative, and marketing solutions. Build client relationships, maintain program compliance, and support account growth.

Apraksts

  • Partner with the Category Leader to intake, qualify, and distribute new requisitions
  • Maintain requisition priorities and statuses while keeping clients aligned
  • Submit candidates and coordinate client reviews and feedback
  • Coordinate client interviews throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and lead post-interview debriefs
  • Manage offers in partnership with the Recruiter and/or Category Leader
  • Monitor and report pipeline health, submission activity, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Oversee consultant onboarding, assignments, extensions, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers and program stakeholders
  • Work with Client Partners to address consultant performance and resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with program requirements, including fraud prevention, documentation, and onboarding standards
  • Track and report program key performance indicators
  • Build and strengthen influential relationships with program and client stakeholders
  • Share account insights with Client Partners and identify growth opportunities

Prasības

  • At least five years of staffing experience
  • Experience working directly with external contacts
  • Ability to manage end-to-end requisition workflows, from intake and candidate submission through interviews and offers
  • Ability to collaborate across recruiting teams, MSP contacts, and hiring managers
  • Strong organization and time management, with sound prioritization across the recruiting lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on a strong client and candidate experience
  • Applicant Tracking System and Vendor Management System experience preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology clients preferred
