Support Salesforce administration, reporting, and user assistance at Allianz Global Investors, an active asset manager operating globally. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support colleagues in Munich.

- Handle daily requests and administrative work in the CRM and Salesforce environment.
- Manage user access by creating and deactivating accounts and maintaining roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Build and update reports and dashboards for multiple departments.
- Help test and document system improvements, configuration updates, and new features.
- Support Salesforce setup, including validation and workflow rules, email templates, and page layouts.
- Troubleshoot basic user issues, resolve them where possible, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain system documentation, training resources, and user guides.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to understand business needs and identify CRM improvements.
- Collaborate across teams while developing practical skills in Salesforce administration, reporting, user support, testing, documentation, and configuration.
Prasības
- Be pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related subject.
- Have English proficiency and basic German skills.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, proficiently.
- Work effectively both independently and with others in a fast-moving environment.
- For Master’s students, have experience with Salesforce customization, administration, and technical support; this experience is an advantage for Bachelor’s students.
- Academic experience with Salesforce Trailhead is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bring careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively in writing and conversation.
- Basic understanding of data structures and database concepts is a plus.
- Experience using data analysis tools is a plus.
- Be able to use Microsoft Copilot and commit to ethical, responsible AI practices.
