Senior HR Business Lead, Boulogne-Billancourt (Hybrid)
Partner with managers and senior HR leaders on talent, workforce performance, and organizational change. Support Mondelēz International’s global snacking business in France.

- Partner with the Senior People Lead on global and local policy and change programs
- Work with functional leaders and middle managers to deliver priorities and operating plans
- Apply workforce data and insights to shape business solutions, decisions, and practical action plans
- Support operational HR processes and communicate local legal and regulatory updates to People Services
- Lead and advise across talent management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility
- Review and approve job requisitions
- Develop end-to-end capabilities that support consumer-focused growth and operational excellence
- Manage works council relationships and advise HR on labor policy execution and legal compliance
- Provide guidance on overhead management
