- Lead Client Success initiatives by documenting workflows, plans, status updates, issues, resolutions, and client communications.
- Maintain an up-to-date reference of existing and incoming client details.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver client commitments and resolve issues.
- Map client data to internal schemas, run test loads, and verify ingestion quality.
- Track service levels, update operational dashboards, and address pipeline issues promptly.
- Support file setup, launch readiness, and tooling improvements in the Client Command Center.
- Load client files from GCS and Fivetran into dbt models, handling canonical mappings, eligibility matching, and fill-rate checks.
- Process lab, claims, and pharmacy data files through secure SFTP.
- Work with Engineering to verify ingestion pipelines and identify file anomalies.
- Gather and align program configuration needs with Product and Account Management.
- Update operational tables and record rule configuration changes in changelogs.
- Build billing workflows with Google Sheets, dbt, and SQL transformations.
- Set up pricing, billable items, engagement rules, and grace periods according to contracts.
- Verify end-to-end configurations against dashboards and raw data pipelines.
- Deploy optimized program rules using Python scripts and Firestore.
- Work with QA to check member onboarding logic.
- Coordinate launch workflows across Product, Client Success, Engineering, and Analytics.
- Communicate with both technical and nontechnical partners.
- Help improve tools, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Connect Client Success with Marketing, Reporting and Analytics, Product, and Engineering.
- Improve workflows to boost efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale repeatable processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in data operations, analytics, health technology, or technical implementation.
- Experience with digital health, health plans, employer benefits, or onboarding clients for B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with healthcare data such as eligibility, claims, pharmacy, laboratory, and prior authorization records.
- Experience translating contract terms into system settings, including billing, service levels, or performance guarantees.
- Experience working under HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information appropriately.
- Practical use of a scripting language such as Python to automate and carry out tasks is a strong advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, spot gaps and risks, and develop and apply improvement recommendations.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of work.
- Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and able to use sound judgment on complex cross-functional issues.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Must live in or be able to work from a state where Vida is registered.
