  • Lead complex executive searches across Chainlink Labs’ global organization.
  • Own searches from initial scoping through close.
  • Source, assess, engage, and hire senior talent for Director-level and executive technical and business roles.
  • Work with executive leaders to define roles, candidate profiles, search strategies, assessment methods, and compensation discussions.
  • Advise leaders with external market insights and challenge assumptions.
  • Build talent maps and candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, executive networks, referrals, advisors, researchers, and search firms.
  • Prepare search briefings, market maps, candidate profiles, pipeline reports, and executive updates.
  • Develop executive recruiting practices, assessment frameworks, and organizational processes.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience while applying rigor to complex executive hiring.
  • Build trusted global relationships with senior leaders and executives.
  • Collaborate across a globally distributed organization, maintaining momentum and attention to detail.

Reikalavimai

  • Significant experience personally delivering complex, multi-source executive searches in fast-paced technology organizations, including senior technical leadership roles.
  • A record of hiring Director-, VP-, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
  • Experience advising executive leaders directly, including on role scope, search strategy, assessment methods, and compensation discussions.
  • Strong ownership and execution focus, with a record of delivering high-quality searches quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating executive recruiting processes, practices, and assessment frameworks adopted across an organization.
  • Experience conducting executive searches in multiple international markets, ideally including North America and Europe.
  • A record of balancing rigorous, multi-stage executive hiring with an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, globally distributed environment.
  • Preferred: experience working with founders and/or founder-led leadership teams.
  • Preferred: experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, capital markets, fintech, or another highly technical and fast-changing industry.
  • Preferred: ability to combine insights from multiple talent intelligence sources.
  • Preferred: an established network of executives and senior technology leaders.
  • Preferred: experience building or substantially improving executive recruiting at a scaling organization.
  • Must legally reside and be authorized to work in the advertised location.
  • Must keep a primary residence in that location throughout employment.
  • Working hours must overlap with Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
