Technical Support Specialist – Usercentrics (Hybrid, Czechia)
Provide technical support to Usercentrics customers using privacy technology, from investigating web implementation issues to delivering clear solutions. Partner with colleagues and Product Management to improve documentation, processes, and the product.

- Engage proactively with customers to understand their challenges and help resolve them
- Use the ticketing system to assess customer issues and deliver appropriate solutions
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems across varying levels of complexity
- Work with colleagues to address complex cases and evaluate potential solutions
- Create clear, accessible guides for complex technical solutions
- Share product feedback with Product Management to support ongoing improvements
- Recommend improvements to processes, working methods, and tools to peers and the team manager
Талаптар
- Professional experience in a customer-facing position and a strong grasp of customer needs
- Working proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Ability to debug web issues with Chrome DevTools
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or comparable tools such as Adobe or Matomo is advantageous
- Knowledge of CMS platforms including Duda, Shopify, WordPress, or Magento is beneficial
- Capability to record technical issues and solutions clearly and accurately
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters at the right level
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
- Background working in a hybrid or remote setting
- Ability to learn quickly and locate and apply relevant resources and documentation
