Service Desk Analyst (L1/L2)
Provide L1/L2 user support, manage endpoints and employee onboarding, and help maintain cloud infrastructure. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to QA automation initiatives.

- Support users with general IT needs.
- Set up accounts and equipment for new employees.
- Run first-day orientations for new employees.
- Manage user offboarding when employees leave.
- Create and update internal and end-user documentation for current and future needs.
- Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support requests.
- Help improve and implement cloud infrastructure services through IT projects.
- Support a range of IT functions, management duties, and projects.
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with endpoint security and management.
- Experience administering Microsoft systems and Active Directory.
- System administration skills, including routine maintenance and user onboarding and offboarding.
- Low-code or no-code tools, workflow logic, or automation experience is a plus.
- Some experience with data migration projects.
- Experience providing support for Mac devices.
- Experience in L1/L2 support.
- Interest in developing QA automation skills with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Postman, and Supertest.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to test automation, regression testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release validation to support software quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled Agile environment.
- Self-directed approach and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
