Share practical guidance and best practices for using the platform.
Bring customer needs to Engineering, Product, and Design.
Inform product roadmap decisions with customer feedback.
Help customers take part in beta feature releases.
Support customer database setup and template creation.
Keep online help materials, FAQs, and support documentation up to date.

Талаптар

1–3 years of customer support experience or work in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience in support, implementation, solutions, or a combination of support and engineering.
Experience at a startup or scale-up.
A record of improving customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships.
Ability to own projects from start to finish with little direction or oversight.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and customer needs.
Availability to work from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific Time.
Familiarity with using merge tags in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
