Remote Account Manager - Marketing Services
Manage client strategy, delivery, reporting, renewals, and growth for Compose.ly’s SEO, content, and performance marketing services. This role oversees client relationships and coordinates cross-functional marketing work in a remote setting.

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 clients as the primary point of contact
- Own client relationships, experience, and delivery plans
- Collaborate with SEO strategists and specialists on SEO, GEO, content, and paid media plans
- Lead monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews focused on results, ROI, and next steps
- Conduct renewal discussions and uncover opportunities to expand client accounts
- Monitor relationship risks and escalate legal, compliance, and churn concerns
- Guide client onboarding from kickoff through the first reporting cycle
- Coordinate SEO, content, web, and paid media team members
- Track timelines, scope, priorities, budgets, and deadlines across multiple accounts
- Manage projects in Compose.ly and Asana, including automations, deadline notifications, and intake forms
- Keep client records accurate and current in HubSpot
- Produce tiered reports and present to executive and board-level audiences
- Connect performance data to business outcomes and lead client training sessions
- Develop resources that enable clients to serve themselves
- Use AI-enabled practices, including GEO, AI search strategy, and AI-assisted content and reporting workflows
Талаптар
- At least two years of account management or client services experience in a marketing agency, with a consultative relationship-building approach
- Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Ability to interpret marketing performance data and connect it to client business outcomes
- Experience managing multiple clients and concurrent deadlines with a project management platform such as Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations for senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with paid media, GEO or AI search, or web development initiatives
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Experience creating Asana automations, templates, or intake forms
