Remote Account Manager – Everbridge
Manage and grow customer accounts for Everbridge emergency communications software in a remote role. Focus on renewals, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

- Build and sustain customer relationships by evaluating needs, understanding business requirements, and managing expectations.
- Find expansion opportunities and partner with sales to close additional product and service deals.
- Increase customer adoption of products and services through professional services.
- Monitor customer environments and recommend alternative products or services that address their needs.
- Review usage and service-case activity proactively to detect and reduce potential escalations.
- Serve as an escalation contact for Technical Support during customer issue resolution.
- Arrange recurring account reviews with customers.
- Share proven practices to help customers gain greater value from products and services.
- Develop recognized expertise within the assigned vertical-focused customer portfolio.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Everbridge products.
- Demonstrate an informed understanding of customer businesses, strategies, and operations.
- Use Salesforce.com consistently and effectively for customer and account management.
- Achieve or surpass renewal and growth targets along with monthly key performance indicators.
- Lead retention and renewals for existing accounts, support customer satisfaction and successful platform deployment, and increase use of Everbridge Communications software.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven success in sales, account management, sales engineering, or a related discipline.
- Documented record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
- Proven ability to promote and sustain customer satisfaction.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to contribute independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation, organization, and planning capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
