- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Meet assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
- Build customer relationships and explain banking solutions and processes clearly.

- High school diploma or at least one year of relevant experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet.

- Established customer experience skills.
