Oversee M-KOPA retail operations across assigned Nigerian locations, including shop teams, inventory, reverse logistics and phone repairs. Lead retail staff and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Repairs and Customer Service to monitor performance and improve operations.

Manage daily retail operations across an assigned state
Oversee shops, depots and stock points
Reconcile inventory and replenish understocked SKUs
Maintain approved stock levels for active and newly onboarded DSRs
Coordinate aged stock returns, reallocations and reports of lost phones
Ensure teams follow reverse logistics procedures
Coordinate phone repairs so devices reach repair centres and return to customers within agreed SLAs
Lead, coach and train Retail Coordinators, Stock Controllers and Shop Assistants
Track retail KPIs and carry out regular shop inspections
Drive corrective actions and work with Sales, Supply Chain, Repairs and Customer Service to improve operations
Report to the Retail Manager

Талаптар

At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management or field operations
At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team
Demonstrated experience managing inventory, stock reconciliation, reverse logistics and retail operations across multiple locations
Confidence using retail management systems, inventory tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work from offices in Nigeria
Willingness to complete pre-employment background checks
