- University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
- At least five years of experience in project and corporate controlling, with proven risk management expertise.
- Detailed understanding of project-based business and the percentage-of-completion (PoC) method.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cost structures strategically, improve productivity over time, and ensure effective capitalization.
- Strong ownership and initiative, with an independent, consistently results-focused approach.
- Analytical, structured thinking and communication, careful attention to detail, and focused execution in dynamic, multitasking environments.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken German and English.
