Executive Corporate Travel Consultant – Pennsylvania Remote

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international itineraries for corporate clients, including flights, car rentals, hotels, ground transportation, and transfers
  • Advise travelers on international requirements and related concerns
  • Apply client travel policies, authorization rules, and procedures
  • Process airline upgrades and issue tickets using preferred program points
  • Reconfirm reservations to verify accuracy
  • Track flights and travelers’ en-route experiences while proactively resolving disruptions
  • Use supplier programs to fulfill traveler preferences and request upgrades
  • Arrange concierge services such as dinner reservations and tee times
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers
  • Anticipate client needs using travel patterns and stated preferences
  • Review traveler profiles and preferences for quality and accuracy
  • Advise clients on safety, government regulations, supplier support, savings opportunities, and routing options
  • Investigate and resolve travel-related issues
  • Follow company standards for customer service, PNRs, profiles, ticketing, management information systems, productivity, attendance, and accuracy
  • Support the After-Hours department during emergencies and severe weather
  • Participate in staff and training meetings while keeping industry knowledge current
  • Deliver customer service through WTI phone systems and established standards
  • Escalate potential issues to the manager and recommend corrective action
  • Meet performance expectations for Executive Corporate Travel Consultants
  • Complete additional responsibilities required by the Concierge program

  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated skill in executive corporate travel consulting
  • Ability to coordinate complex domestic and international travel across air, car rental, hotels, ground transportation, and transfers
  • Knowledge of international travel requirements, including passports, visas, and inoculations
  • Thorough understanding of client travel policies, guidelines, authorization requirements, and procedures
  • Ability to process airline upgrades and issue tickets using preferred program points
  • Ability to monitor flights through a third-party application and use supplier programs
  • Knowledge of traveler safety, government travel regulations, airline rules, tariffs, and industry requirements
  • High proficiency with a global distribution system (GDS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Sound judgment and effective time-management skills
  • Ability to operate WTI phone systems and management information systems
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, answer calls, and type on a computer keyboard
  • Availability to attend staff and training meetings virtually or in person
