Customer Service Representative – High Wycombe Hybrid

Mouser Electronics is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for its hybrid High Wycombe operation. The role handles orders, quotes, returns, product information, customer satisfaction, and sales opportunities.

Deliver high-quality customer service by handling orders, quotations, returns, and catalogue information requests
Support new and repeat business through proactive customer service initiatives
Contact customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns
Provide accurate availability details for in-stock and out-of-stock products
Recognise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while promoting related products
Investigate customer orders and coordinate expedited processing when needed
Track delivery schedules and product quality while checking order accuracy
Coordinate expedited requests requiring special handling
Process requests for catalogues, product information, and samples
Assist local Customer Service and other teams as required

Талаптар

Bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service and consistent quality standards
Communicate clearly in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
Use Microsoft Office confidently, with familiarity with other systems considered a plus
Work effectively with multiple currencies and the requirements of international orders
Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Organise work effectively and follow a structured approach to planning
Show accountability, energy, and a positive approach to the role
Work independently and collaboratively across cultures with a results-focused mindset
Take initiative to develop job-related knowledge
