  • Sell cloud data security and data risk management solutions to prospective and existing enterprise customers.
  • Own complex, full-cycle sales, from prospecting and pipeline generation through close.
  • Assess customers’ businesses, processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Work with Sales Engineering to connect Cyera’s technology to customer needs.
  • Explain Cyera’s data security solutions and the value they deliver to customers.
  • Set goals, plan territories, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Plan and lead tailored customer meetings, proofs of value, and onsite business-value discussions.
  • Advise CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO-level executives with industry insights and a clear business perspective.
  • Develop and strengthen executive relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.
  • Expand Cyera’s presence through alliance and channel partners.
  • Represent Cyera at marketing events, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Build strong working relationships across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to align strategy and meet company objectives.

  • Bring a results-focused approach and a record of exceeding targets while selling large deals in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Have at least 8 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS in cloud, security, or data to Fortune 500 customers.
  • Use value-based solution selling to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with customer value.
  • Communicate exceptionally well and build strong relationships.
  • Present confidently and develop creative ways to advance the sales process.
  • Understand cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with cloud security and data risk.
  • Have a basic understanding of data security and compliance frameworks and their effect on business value.
  • Be proficient in following a formal sales process.
  • Be familiar with sales qualification frameworks and forecasting or management tools.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt quickly to new circumstances.
  • Be willing and able to travel as needed, approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.
