Manage retention, adoption, renewals, and expansion for AlphaSense’s enterprise SaaS clients in consulting and professional services. Partner with stakeholders and Account Executives to grow accounts, reduce churn, and relay customer insight.

  • Protect retention across the assigned client portfolio
  • Expand AlphaSense adoption into additional business units while delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Spot at-risk revenue and take action to reduce churn
  • Prepare and maintain retention forecasts
  • Partner with Account Executives to uncover account-growth opportunities
  • Learn each client’s business, stakeholders, responsibilities, initiatives, and success metrics to engage users and decision-makers, uncover whitespace, and develop messaging with Account Executives
  • Build trusted relationships with users and stakeholders so AlphaSense is recognized as a strategic business partner
  • Lead business reviews with key client stakeholders
  • Proactively share relevant information and resources with clients
  • Represent AlphaSense within client organizations through floor walks, lunch-and-learns, and related engagements
  • Represent client needs to AlphaSense while championing the platform with customers
  • Capture customer success stories and product feedback, then share them with product, marketing, and sales teams

Талаптар

  • Three or more years of account management experience
  • Background managing retention and expansion across an existing book of business
  • Experience carrying renewal and expansion targets for managed accounts after the initial sale
  • Track record of building and expanding relationships with Fortune 1000 clients
  • Strong internal and external relationship-management capabilities
  • Sound business judgment and commercial awareness
  • Consistent focus on effective processes and execution tactics
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Knowledge of effective client-engagement practices in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to make complex topics clear and accessible
  • Experience in the listed industries is not required
