Technical Support Engineer - Newcastle (On-site)
Provide technical support and product training for customers using Advanced Electronics’ safety products. Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product management, and quality assurance to resolve issues and support customer solutions.
Description
- Support customers and end users by telephone and email
- Deliver product training through virtual and in-person sessions
- Work with Sales and Marketing to develop promotional and customer-support materials
- Help customers match product features and benefits to their installation needs
- Advise stakeholders on products and solutions to support informed decisions
- Investigate customer pain points and resolve them methodically
- Coordinate with product management and quality assurance teams when needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with an electronic or electrical focus
- Communicate clearly and work with openness and transparency
- Show the curiosity and ability to learn products and new technologies
- Be committed to supporting customers and promoting suitable solutions
- Apply analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Build confidence with customers and stakeholders through knowledgeable support
