Talent Management Consultant

Guide performance, succession, and workforce development programs at Nestlé USA. Use talent data, training, and HR partnership to strengthen organizational capability.

Description

  • Coordinate annual performance and development activities with HR business partners, including goal setting, performance conversations, and ongoing feedback.
  • Provide Nestlé+ support for core performance management work.
  • Oversee Top Talent programs, talent reviews, and related development activities.
  • Work with HR business partners to assess workforce capabilities, anticipate future talent needs, and plan reskilling to close capability gaps.
  • Use talent insights to guide succession planning, talent reviews, and development recommendations.
  • Advise Employee Experience, People Analytics, and DE&I teams to align talent solutions with business and functional needs.
  • Provide Nestlé+ support for core talent and succession management work.
  • Create and deliver training on global talent processes and capability development for HR teams.
  • Communicate talent process deadlines, milestones, training plans, and key meetings.
  • Maintain and improve talent management systems and tools, including SuccessFactors, reporting, forecasting, workforce analytics, and dashboards.
  • Analyze talent information and prepare reports and insights for talent discussions and decisions.
  • Lead strategic talent projects with the Global Talent organization.
  • Support talent development, internal mobility, and succession planning processes.
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities and projects.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience spanning HR generalist or business partnering work, talent management, HR operations and systems, or change leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence people and talent decisions across organizational levels.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at once.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility and gain support at all levels.
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms such as SuccessFactors, Excel, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Travel of up to 15% is required.
  • Strong relationship-building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Skills in facilitation and training design.
  • Knowledge of performance management, change management, and conflict management.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors and workforce analytics tools is preferred.
