Senior Security Business Analyst - Thrive (Remote, United States)

Thrive is seeking a Senior Security Business Analyst to help clients improve security outcomes across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud managed services. The role leads client discussions, performance reporting, onboarding support, and service improvements informed by feedback and analysis.

Description

  • Lead recurring meetings with clients using Thrive’s security services
  • Present security performance findings and address operational concerns
  • Review security tool dashboards and portals, providing clear walkthroughs
  • Partner with internal teams to create reports analyzing client security operations
  • Create and execute client quality improvement plans with Security Operations leadership
  • Recommend operational enhancements using client feedback and data analysis
  • Represent Security Operations in internal and external onboarding meetings
  • Coordinate with project management, Deployment, and Security Operations teams to support successful solution onboarding
  • Analyze feedback patterns to improve client experiences
  • Follow up with clients on CSAT survey feedback
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to Security Operations leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, application-layer protocols, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and core cybersecurity concepts
  • Understanding of cybersecurity threats
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
