Senior Employee and Change Communications Manager - Critical Project Services (Remote)

Lead employee and organizational change communications for Critical Project Services, a data center infrastructure company. Shape executive messaging, employee engagement, adoption, and internal communications governance.

Description

  • Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and execution
  • Manage internal channels including the intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership communications, and employee updates
  • Develop communication plans aligned with company goals, initiatives, and priorities
  • Maintain consistent messaging across employee-facing channels
  • Build communication strategies for organizational change, business transformation, acquisitions, restructures, policy updates, and operational initiatives
  • Work with leadership and Human Resources to strengthen employee understanding and change adoption
  • Produce audience-specific messaging, FAQs, leader toolkits, talking points, and communication plans
  • Evaluate communication effectiveness and identify barriers to adoption
  • Write executive presentations, speeches, leadership messages, updates, and other communication materials
  • Support executive visibility and leadership communication programs
  • Prepare resources that enable leaders to engage employees effectively
  • Contribute to initiatives that connect employees with company values and business objectives
  • Create campaigns for culture, recognition, quality, safety, and employee experience programs
  • Partner with functional leaders to promote enterprise programs and business priorities
  • Maintain communication standards, messaging frameworks, and approval processes
  • Define communication metrics and reporting practices
  • Evaluate the impact of major communication initiatives
  • Identify ways to expand communication reach, understanding, and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of communications experience
  • Track record leading large-scale employee and change communication initiatives
  • Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth organization preferred
  • Background in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or an industrial environment preferred
  • Change management certification or formal change management experience preferred
  • Experience with intranets, employee engagement tools, and enterprise communication platforms preferred
